Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi in his declaration for 2024 indicated only his official salary — 869,575 hryvnias. No other sources of income, as well as property or transport owned by the mayor, were declared.
However, significant assets are listed in the declaration of his wife, Kateryna Kit-Sadova. She received over 13 million hryvnias in income, including:

The family's financial assets are also concentrated in the mayor's wife. While Sadovyi himself holds only 14.4 thousand UAH in bank accounts, Kateryna Kit has:

All the family's real estate is registered in the name of the wife:

cars Skoda Kodiaq (2017) and Mercedes-Benz V300 (2021) for 2.3 million UAH.
Kateryna Kit-Sadova is the ultimate owner of more than a dozen media companies, including Channel 24, Lux FM, Zakhid.net, TRK "Europe Mix", etc. Sadovy himself owns only the copyright to the name of the political party "Samopomich", registered back in 2006.
Formally, the mayor of Lviv remains an official without property or capital, however, his family is among the richest in the Lviv political establishment.
