A new scandal-local authorities, hiding behind energy independence, is in fact lobbying to the business interests of the Ova Ova Ova Ova Maxim Kozitsky's business in the Lviv region. It is about the construction of the Skole wind power plant (WIN) by the companies of Orovskaya VOP LLC and Eco-Optima LLC, which are related to the Kozitsky family.
Despite the loud statements about the development of renewable energy, the reality was somewhat more cynical. The project was implemented without conducting a strategic environmental assessment, without an approved detailed plan of the territory, without approvals with the State Geocadastre and with gross violations of sanitary standards. In particular, the Nordex N149 turbine with a 5.5 MW capacity is installed only 415 meters from residential buildings - instead of the minimum allowed 700 meters.
Residents of the village of Orov have already felt the consequences: constant noise, pressure, sleep disorders and complaints about well -being. At the same time, OVA officials, law enforcement officers and controlling bodies do not respond to community appeals.
The scheme, according to sources, also participated in foreign partners - in particular, the Czech MND Group, who managed to avoid careful verification through "cooperation" with Ukrainian officials.
Particularly noteworthy is the mechanism of realization of the "green tariff", which allows companies to receive large state compensations for the sale of electricity. In this case, it became an instrument for the legalization of income through bank accounts in Ukraine and abroad.
The facts of inaction of the NERAM, diamors, the State Consumer Service and other institutions, which, despite numerous violations, have not taken any measures were recorded.
The situation with the Skole VOP is a prime example of how private enrichment can be implemented under the slogan of energy security. And while the community suffers from environmental and sanitary consequences, the family of the head of the region receives profits.
