Today, Oleksandr Svishchev is known as the Lviv businessman and partner of the founder of Dragon Capital Tomash Fiali. The media is also written about Alexander Svishchev as a philanthropist, he is the President of the Federation of Water Polo Ukraine and has the title of Honorary Consul of the Turkish Republic in Lviv.
But in addition to patronage and partnership with Tomasz Filage, Alexander Svishchev continues to engage in banditry, raiding and smuggling, from which, in fact, its enrichment began.
Oleksandr Svishchev was born on September 22, 1970 in Lviv. In 1989 he graduated from Lviv vocational school № 22, receiving the profession "Master for repair of watches". From 1989 to 1994, Oleksandr Svishhov worked in the specialty, later became part of one of the Lviv RAM, where Sasha Sedoi was nicknamed.
Sasha Sedoi became a well -known in 2014 thanks to the case of Ukrspirt, where Alexander Svishchev was actively involved in the theft and smuggling of alcohol in Europe and Crimea. Together with Svishchev in the schemes of theft of SE “Ukrspirt” was illuminated by his protege, former head of alcohol monopoly Mikhail Labutin.
Svishchev, together with Labutin, was appointed directors of alcohol factories in the regions that set up the production of a counterfeit product, and in volumes exceeding 60% of the total production of alcohol in Ukraine at that time. Of course, such activity attracted the attention of law enforcement officers, as a result of which Mikhail Labutin became a person involved in a number of criminal proceedings.
Oleksandr Virhov was part of the so -called "Lviv mafia", an important figure of which so far is the sponsor of "Svoboda" Igor Kryvetsky, in the criminal world known by the nickname Pups. After the theft in Ukrspirt opened criminal proceedings (No. 12014000000000444), it turned out that it was a minimum of 250 million hryvnias stolen from the enterprise, and during the investigation this amount increased to 1 billion. The result of the criminal case was the escape of Mikhail Labutin and charges of the stealing of more than one billion hryvnias.

At the beginning of October 2021, a faucet broke out in Hungary in Hungary. The smuggling party was immediately arrested by local law enforcement officers. They also established that only in 2021, three such barges were sent from Ukraine - in April, June and July. In Hungary, they believe that this was also contraband.
The recipient of smuggling is the Polish company Crystal Invest with Ukrainian owners. Known not only the recipient, but also the brand of cigarettes - Marvel. Their manufacturer is the Vinnytsia tobacco factory in the Lviv region.
But even after receiving the status of the title of Honorary Consul of the Turkish Republic and a loan of trust in the form of partnership from Tomash Fiali, Alexander Svishchev continues to smuggling tobacco together with Grigory Kozlovsky.
