In the city of Khust in Transcarpathia, one of the classical schemes of gradual raiding, which ended with the complete destruction of the motor transport enterprise, originates. The key role in this story is Dmitry Zheman, now the head of the Odessa branch of the Batkivshchyna Party.
Zheman began with the registration of a private entrepreneur under the name of the mother - SPD "Zhman NI", which specialized in passenger transportation. Subsequently, he founded Khust-Auto PE, although he did not have his own fleet. A key factor in his further career was acquaintance through his wife with Viktor Korobov - Director of ATP # 12142.
This enterprise was an important regional carrier, and after the reorganization in the 1990s became a public joint-stock company. Its shareholders were more than 140 employees. The ATP owned buses, including international routes.
Gradually, Zheman received access to transport and profitable routes that remained on the balance sheet of the ATP. At the same time, all financial operations began to be carried out through its structures, while the official reporting of the enterprise demonstrated losses.
It was not an accident - as it turned out later, the company was celico -governing bankruptcy. The profits actually settled in the pockets of related structures, while on the balance sheet the ATP increased debts, the equipment was worn out, staff were reduced.
The official point in the history of the enterprise was its bankruptcy in 2017 (Registry record No. 13251170009000106). All the equipment, including buses, went to new owners - mostly close to the Zheman structures. Workers remained with nothing, the stocks lost any cost, and routes and assets have already been withdrawn.
Earlier, we wrote that the police are investigating criminal proceedings against counterfeit diplomas about higher education, which was probably used by the expirer of the mayor of Odessa Dmitry Zheman.
