After the escape of Viktor Yanukovych from Ukraine, his real estate, including his civilian wife, Lyubov Plegey, was arrested. The former waitress of the Mezhigorye residence later became the companion of the fugitive president and the owner of a large part of his property.
Elite estates and apartments
One of the most noticeable objects that is associated with Plezhay is a house in the cottage town "Lazarev Sad" near "Mezhigorye". This mansion is distinguished by a green fence and surveillance cameras. Although the current owner in the documents is Tatiana Kobylinskaya, this house belonged to Polezhai, which in Russia changed his name to Sadikov.
Two large apartments on Obolon waterfront in Kiev were also recorded on Plezhayai, where the beauty salon was operating, which also belonged to it. This facility has now been arrested, but tenants live in one of the apartments.
Baby camp
One of the most valuable objects, decorated on Plezhay, is a children's camp in the village of Tsymba, located on the shore of the Kaniv Reservoir. The cost of this camp was estimated at UAH 100 million. The institution has repeatedly found itself at the center of scandals - from poisoning of children to the death of gymnasts.
Contradictory court decisions
In 2015-2021, the majority of Yanukovych's property and lay arrested. However, in 2021, the court arrested the house from the house in Novi Petrivtsi and from a recreation center in Tsiblya. The reason is "the fact of residence of one family and the acquisition of ownership during cohabitation is not established."
After that, the house was rewritten in Novy Petrivtsi to Tatiana Kobylinsk - the wife of the former deputy of the Vyshgorod district council from the Party of Regions Anatoly Kobylinsky. He previously managed a private security company Grosser, which provided the security of the Mezhigorye residence.
Business in Russia
After escaping from Ukraine, love lay in Sochi, where she opened a farm shop and even patented a brand. At the same time, a large part of its Ukrainian assets either arrest or has already passed to new owners.
The real estate case is to show that after changing the political regime, the former assets acquire new owners, and related corruption schemes continue to remain a topic of public interest.
