Former chief of the Southeastern Interregional Territorial Administration of the ARMA and ex-prosecutor Mykola Klyanzko submitted a declaration that raises more questions than gives answers. Despite official income, his family has elite real estate and expensive cars, which can indicate possible corruption schemes.
Klyanzko declared a number of real estate objects, mainly in Odessa, which looks logical, given his actual place of residence in this city. Among them are two parking spaces of 23 square meters and 18 square meters, acquired in 2008. The cost is not indicated, which may indicate a purchase or unwillingness to disclose the details.
The man indicated a dwelling house of 187.3 sq.m, purchased in 2011. Interestingly, Klyanzko has only the right of residence, and the owner is Tatiana Klelytsko (relative). The cost is also not specified.
The official also had an apartment for 41 square meters. m owned by Natalia Yaroshenko (specified as a "other connection") of 2015 and another apartment for 45 sq.m, bought Yaroshenko in 2021 for 889 thousand UAH.
In addition, the official in 2024 also appeared an apartment for 53.4 sq.m for 1 million hryvnias, decorated on Irina Pylypchuk, but with a note on "signs of part 3 of Article 46 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption" - it may hint that Klyanzko has actual control over the object.
Interesting point: a house of 187.3 sq.m is also mentioned as an object with the right "Registration and accommodation" for Natalia Yaroshenko. The question arises - do objects in the declaration to create the visibility of transparency? And why has a high -ranking official who struggled with corruption, has no housing but only the right of use?
The declaration refers to two Audi A8 cars (2015 and 2024), purchased by the corresponding years for UAH 2.42 million and UAH 4.49 million, which were issued for Yaroshenko.
These cars are striking in their cost, especially considering that the official salary of Klyanka for 2024 amounted to only UAH 264 thousand. He also indicated receipt of UAH 2.05 million from the sale of movable property of Eugene GSS and 500 thousand hryvnias from the sale of movable property Roman Humeniuk (received Yaroshenko).
Yaroshenko added another UAH 2.38 million from entrepreneurship. In total, more than UAH 5 million per family. However, the declaration did not specify what was sold for UAH 2.55 million. Could it be vehicles, such as the same Audi A8 2015, which was then replaced with a new one?
Klentsko keeps 1.03 million hryvnia in cash, and Yaroshenko - 100 thousand UAH. He also lent Irina Pylypchuk more than 1 million UAH - the amount that coincides with the cost of an apartment of 53.4 square meters. It looks like an attempt to hide property through a formal transfer of funds.
The Klecka Declaration leaves more questions than answers. Housing, designed for relatives or "other communication", expensive cars, loans for millions and income from unspecified "movable property" - all of which look like a classic set for investigation of NAPC. Was Klyankko a corruption fighter who was in question? The answer can only give more detailed checks.
Earlier, Mykola Klyanzko was the deputy chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration. He built corruption schemes in public positions (Head of the Department of Human Rights Activity, Combating Corruption and Crime in the Field of Transport of the Prosecutor's Office of Odessa region, deputy prosecutor of Odessa region, Head of the Kiev Interregional Department of Ukrtrans Security, etc.). He is a trustee of Volodymyr Orlov, an expirer of the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, who was detained on a bribe of $ 200,000.
