People's deputy Maryana Bezugla decided not to stop at public criticism of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, and submitted a statement against him to the State Bureau of Investigation.
She reported this in Telegram, accusing the head of the committee of obstructing the activities of the people's deputy.
"I submit a statement to the State Bureau of Investigation regarding the violation of Article 351 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine by Sirskyi, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, namely, obstructing the activities of a People's Deputy of Ukraine. "Failure by an official to comply with the legal requirements of a people's deputy of Ukraine, a deputy of the local council, creating artificial obstacles in their work, providing them with knowingly false information. They are punished by a fine from one thousand to two thousand non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens or by probation supervision for a period of up to three years, or by restriction of freedom for the same period. Enough lies," she wrote.
Bezugla reported that she was allegedly denied access to units of the Armed Forces located in the front-line zone, and published a photo of the relevant orders.
At the end of May, Bezugla stated that Oleksandr Syrsky has not responded to her appeal for several months and is ignoring "critical problems". She accused him of "hiding the truth, breaking up units, manual control, Russian brutality and firing all competitors and creatives in the army." She also spoke critically of other military leaders.
