At the end of April, videos appeared on the network, which recorded how employees of the Kyiv City State Administration use alcoholic beverages in work rooms and later rest on the floor. The scandalous personnel were removed in the premises of the KSCA Tourism and Promotions, in particular in the office of the head of the department of Marina Radova.
According to Liga.net , the KSCA confirmed the authenticity of the video. According to Kateryna Baranova, the head of the information policy department, these events took place in 2022. In the tourism management, they said that some employees noticed on video have already been released.
After the video in the public space, the deputy chairman of the KSCA Marina Honda stated that the events had no place in her office, as previously assumed. She stressed that on the video - the premises of the head of the tourism department Marina Radova. But, in turn, she allegedly wrote an application for release. However, as it turned out, as of May 5, 2025, Radova continues to be on the hospital, and the decision to release it has not yet been made.
The KSCA itself has started checking. The management of staff work emphasized that the appearance of a civil servant at work in a state of alcohol intoxication is a disciplinary misconduct, which can be a basis for dismissal.
The scandal is even more resonance against the background of martial law and limited budget resources of the capital. The public requires a transparent investigation and prosecution of the perpetrators. Social networks are already spreading with the requirements not only of release of video clips, but also for watching personnel policy in the entire KSCA.
