Mask with baking soda will help make the skin of the hands silky

The skin of the hands is one of the first areas that produces a person's age. With age, it loses its elasticity, becomes dry and rough. However, experts are convinced that regular care is able to restore the skin of the hands softness, smoothness and even visually rejuvenate it. And it is not necessary to spend on expensive salon procedures - it is easy to cook an effective mask at home.

A homemade hand mask recipe

Simple ingredients will be required to prepare the product:

  • 2 tablespoons of sea salt (can be replaced with ordinary kitchen);

  • 2 tablespoons of baking soda;

  • 3 tablespoons gel or washing foam.

Sea salt should be ground in a coffee grinder, then mixed with baking soda and gel until thick, similar to sour cream. If desired, you can add a tablespoon of olive oil to the mask - it will soften the skin and reduce the risk of irritation.

How to use a mask

The resulting mixture should be applied to the skin of the hands from the fingers to the elbows with light massage movements. Particular attention should be paid to the area around the nails and cuticle. The procedure lasts 10 minutes, after which the mask should be washed with warm water.

It is advisable to complete the care of the moisturizing cream. It is recommended to do this mask not more than once a week. It is important not to rub the skin too much - abrasive soda and salt particles can cause micro -damage.

This home care can be a useful alternative to salon procedures and will help maintain the skin of the hands in a well -groomed form.
