A massive attack on Kharkiv: the Russians struck residential buildings with anti-aircraft guns at night

On the night of November 8, Kharkiv was subjected to another massive missile attack by Russian troops. According to the mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov, Russian planes launched guided aerial bombs (UABs), one of which hit a 12-story residential building in the Saltivka district.

"Several floors of the multi-story building were destroyed. There are people under the rubble. There is a fire. A search and rescue operation has been launched. Currently, 25 are known to be injured," Terekhov says.

Also in the center of the city there was an attack on the historical part of Kharkiv with the destruction of the cultural ensemble.

"One of Kharkiv's pearls has broken windows," Terekhov reports.

Another one next to the administrative building is damaged, as are the neighboring buildings.

Three exits from the "Naukova" metro station were closed due to strikes in the city center, the metro press service reports.

These are exits 1, 2 and 5.
