On the night of May 24, Russia made one of the largest attacks in Ukraine. A combined blow to drones and rockets has led to the death of at least 14 people, more than 50 more were injured. Among the victims are children.
Kyiv and the region
In the capital, as a result of the night attack, 11 people were injured, three of them were hospitalized. Holosiivskyi, Dniprovsky and Shevchenkivsky districts were most affected - hostels and private homes were burning.
In the Kyiv region, according to the National Police, at least four people were killed, another 23 were injured, including six children. Obukhov, Buchan, Belotserkovsky, Fastiv and Brovarsky districts were injured.
Zhytomyr region
Three children were killed - 8, 12 and 17 years of age. 12 more people were injured.
Odesa
In Odessa as a result of a drone attack, a parking lot among high -rise buildings lit up. At least 20 cars were destroyed. Fortunately, it was without casualties.
Mykolaiv Oblast
The enemy UAV hit a five -storey building. The man died in 1948, five people, including a teenager, were injured. Two floors of the building are destroyed, two more were damaged.
Khmelnytskyi region
Four people were killed, five more were injured, one of them in serious condition. At least six private homes have been destroyed, more than 20 were damaged. The school and communal transport were injured.
Ternopil region
An industrial enterprise was damaged - probably due to the trash of the caliber missile. About 1000 square meters burned. m production areas. There is no information about the injured.
Chernihiv Region
A number of hits in objects in different areas of the region have been recorded. Warehouses, coal hangar and non -residential building were burning. One of the buildings in Chernihiv was damaged.
Sumy region
Konotop Mayor Artem Semenikhin called the attack "the most massive blow since World War II." Critical infrastructure in one of the neighborhoods is destroyed. The residential sector, according to preliminary data, was not injured.
Russia's attack on this night has become one of the bloodiest latest. In most regions, rescue work is ongoing, the authorities record the effects of the impact and provide assistance to the victims.
