While the Office of the Prosecutor General "investigated" the illegal alienation of houses on the territory of the customs base in Koncha Zaspa, the family of one of the former top officials of the prosecutor's office became new owners of elite real estate.
In 2021, an area of more than 100 square meters in this prestigious territory was purchased by Anna Kiz - the mother of the expirer of the Attorney General Sergei Kizy. Three years later-in 2024-the goat made a different estate of 200 square meters, located on the same base. By the way, there was no one else in this house than Roman Nasirov's exglav.
Formally, the database belongs to the customs union, but the agreements did not occur with it. The house, which later crossed the mother of Kizya, was given in 2013 to a stranger Larissa Atrepyev in the expense of debt repayment. It was this alienation that was the subject of "investigation", which was conducted by law enforcement officers under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutor General's Office. Expected - without any results.
The cynicism of the situation is that one of those who should ensure the control of legality in such processes was the goat himself - a perennial OGP worker who managed to leave a fairly scandalous trace:
-
It was in 2019 that he closed the case against Igor Kalenik, the author of Dictatorship Laws on January 16.
-
The name of Kizya appeared in connection with the disruption of NABU special operation against Dina Pimakhova, former Deputy Head of the State Migration Service.
-
In the 2020s, goat allegedly initiated letters to the EU demanding sanctions from Andrei Portnov-an odious lawyer of Yanukovych.
Now the expirer of the Prosecutor General - the happy owner of the estate on a prestigious customs database, where "by coincidence" lived other persons of high -profile affairs, such as Nasirov.
The system has shown its elasticity once again: legality in Ukraine does not interfere with private interests, but co -exists perfectly with them - if, of course, you are "your own".
