The contract was concluded under a simplified pre -existent procedure, which allows not to be bidding if the amount of purchase does not exceed 100 thousand hryvnias. The price of the smartphone actually coincides with the market - on the site "Epicenter" a similar model costs 62799 UAH.
However, according to analysts, the purchase of a gadget of this level raises questions about the expediency of expenses in a municipal medical institution, which is financed from the budget of the city of Kyiv.
