Doctors named 10 early signs of Parkinson's disease

Parkinson's disease is usually associated with the elderly, but its first symptoms may appear long before the diagnosis. Parkinson experts named 10 signs that should be taken into account. However, one symptom alone is not a confirmation of the disease - several of them have to alarm.

3. Loss of smell
If suddenly becomes difficult to smell bananas, pickled cucumbers, or even lacrics - it may not just be a cold, but a sign of neurological changes.

4. Sleep problems
Frequent shudder, mobility or "struggle" in a dream is another marker that is worth paying attention to. Such manifestations are recorded in many patients in the early stages of Parkinson.

5. Violation of
the stiffness in the legs, pain in the shoulders or hips, or feeling that the feet "stick to the floor" are not just age -related changes, but possible neurodegeneration signals.

6. Constipation

people with Parkinson's disease often have less expressive facial expressions as if "mask", even in emotionally saturated situations.

9. Dizziness of

Doctors advise not to panic, but not to ignore the changes. You should consult a neurologist for examination - especially if you are 50 and the symptoms are permanent.

Early detection is the key to improving the quality of life in Parkinson.
