In Cherkasy region, a scandalous investigation is underway regarding several members of the Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEK), who were suspected of forging official documents and official forgery. This violation is serious in Ukraine, in accordance with Part 3 of Art. 358 and Part 1 of Art. 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
In addition, among the persons who were served with suspicion is an orthopedic doctor who, according to preliminary data, gave a fictitious diagnosis to a patient, which is a serious violation of ethical and professional standards of medical practice.
The news would be one of many to expose corruption in MSEK, if not for one "BUT". The "necessary patient" turned out to be the 27-year-old son of the mayor of the city of Uman, Iryna Pletnyova, Nazar Pletnyov. In 2022, Iryna Pletnyova, using her local contacts at MSEK and medical institutions in Uman, decided to get her son II group of musculoskeletal disability and "armor" from mobilization.
A therapist, a neurologist, a surgeon and an ophthalmologist of the regional center of medical and social expertise, as well as orthopedists and traumatologists of the city hospital were under investigation. The police established that the medical workers entered false information into the official documents in order to assign the patient a group of disabilities.
Now Pletneva has completely different problems - how to loop so that she herself does not receive suspicion, because the doctors under investigation for the direct initiator of the crime will not remain silent, and her "smeared" son Nazar.
It is obvious that the mayorship in Uman is also in question for Pletneva. And there are more than enough episodes around the city, in addition to MSEK.
