The mayor of Truskavets Andriy Kulchinsky significantly widen his fortune. According to the latest declaration, he and his family became the owners of eight new apartments and four non -residential premises in the resort city. This caused public resonance, as the official salary of the mayor is 48 thousand hryvnias a month.

The areas of apartments range from 65 to 107 square meters, and the declared cost - from 293 to 484 thousand hryvnias for each. Regarding non-residential premises (41-49 square meters), their estimated cost is from 185 to 222 thousand hryvnias.
These acquisitions are far from the first property in Kulchinsky's declaration. In the previous reports, he already indicated the following objects:
Three land plots:
- in the village of Bystrytsa-Girska (area of 2500 square meters, the cost is not indicated);
- in Truskavets (947 square meters, estimated at 539 564 UAH);
- Another in Truskavets (218 square meters, 124 208 UAH).
- Residential building with an area of 171.3 square meters. m, which in 2018 was estimated at 964 952 UAH.
However, assets grow not only in the mayor, but also in his wife Natalia Kulchinskaya. She possesses:
- land in the village of Stanilya (962 square meters);
- four apartments in Truskavets (from 65 to 107 square meters);
- two non -residential premises.

Despite the fact that the salary of the mayor does not look impressive, his fleet is quite prestigious. Andriy Kulchinsky goes to the Honda CR-V (2021) worth UAH 1.37 million, and his wife has Toyota C-HR Hybrid (2022) for UAH 1.41 million.

- The salary of the mayor in 2023 amounted to UAH 569 thousand (47.4 thousand UAH per month).
