The head of Vasylkova Natalia Blasinovich in 2024 first declared a dwelling house and a land belonging to another person. In addition, she is still traveling on another's car, although her monetary assets are over UAH 4 million in terms of recalculation.
This is evidenced by her declaration for 2024, published in the open access.
According to the document, Balasinovich declared a residential building of 207 square meters. m and land plot of 1235 square meters. m in Kalinovka. Both objects are not in its property, but in use. Their official owner is Tatiana Tsvetkova. For comparison, only a building in Kalinovka with the status of unfinished construction and without indicating the area was stated in the previous declaration of 2023.
Among other things, the declaration remained the Nissan Qashqai car of 2016, which is used by Balasinovich, but which is registered with Sergei Tuch. Formally, no car on it is personally designed.
In financial plan, 2024 became more profitable for the head of the community: its salary increased to 955 161 UAH, which is more than 250 thousand more than a year earlier. At the same time, it also declared 120 thousand UAH of alimony (last year this amount was twice as high - 270 thousand) and certain revenues from the Kyiv Regional Council. Balasinovich's total income over the year exceeded UAH 1 million.
Among cash assets is cash in the equivalent of $ 107 thousand, which at the current rate is about 4 million UAH, as well as UAH 156,400 in cash in national currency.
Thus, despite the use of someone else's property, Natalia Blalasinovich declares significant money reserves that can raise questions about sources of origin, given the growth of income for the year and the lack of large property.
