In the Zaporizhzhya region, a 34-year-old woman will be accused of organizing a triple murder for selfish reasons. According to the Zaporizhzhya Regional Prosecutor's Office, the accused tried to eliminate his ex -husband and two relatives to seize his fortune.
The investigation found that the woman was intended to seize the money of the exholovik - namely 30 million hryvnias. She offered half of this amount to a potential performer as a reward for murder. According to her criminal plan, after the elimination of her husband, the mercenary had to kill two other relatives to eliminate competitors for inheritance.
Fortunately, the crime was warned. Law enforcement officers took control and conducted a special operation. In December 2024, the murder of a man and his brother was staged. After that, the woman was detained.
She is now in custody. The court was sent to the court on the facts of preparing for robbery and organizing custom murder for selfish reasons (Part 1 of Article 14, Part 3 of Article 27, Part 4 of Article 187, paragraph 1, paragraph 6, paragraph 11 of Part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
A woman threatens up to 15 years in prison or life imprisonment.
