The Federation of Metallurgists of Ukraine sounds the alarm - mobilization must be fair. This was reported by the head of the federation, Serhii Bilenky.
According to the expert, there is currently a problem of mobilizing newly hired workers in the metallurgical industry. It takes at least two months from hiring to booking, during which time there is a high probability that the employee will be mobilized.
"Under such conditions, there will soon be no people willing to officially work for our enterprises at all! We lose competition to neighboring "garages". After all, if a person works without official employment at some auto repair shop in Zhytomyr, but is himself registered in Poltava, the TCC and SP simply do not see him." "And if a metallurgist officially works at Zaporizhstal and is registered in the city of Zaporizhzhia, then he can be easily served with a summons simply at a transit enterprise," Bilenky emphasized.
He expressed hope that this issue will be resolved, possibly through the introduction of an electronic cabinet.
"It is not yet known how this idea will be implemented in the end, but, in our opinion, the TCC and SP should see all conscripts, not only those who came voluntarily or officially work at large enterprises. In the conditions of a great war, it would be fair," Bilenky summarized.
For our part, we should note that currently in Ukraine, the mobilization resource is constantly being reduced, and the plans put forward by the authorities to the military commissariats regarding the recruitment of "bayonets" are actually falling apart. The rush to recruit people provokes protest in society, which is already fed up with the arbitrariness of the TCKshniks, who by their actions have discredited the very idea of mobilization.
