Despite the fact that the crane is registered in Sofiivska Borshchagivka in the Kyiv region, it actually lives in Chernihiv. However, journalistic investigations in 2024 found that the official actively uses housing in Kiev, in particular:

apartment at the LCD "Sofia" (24 Bogolyubova St.), with an area of 69 square meters. m, decorated for the mother in 2019. The cost of such housing is about $ 70 thousand;

apartment on Chokolivsky Boulevard, 11, up to 50 square meters. m purchased in 2018.
The crane declaration indicates only the rent of the apartment in Chernihiv (52 square meters in the LCD "Shevchenkivsky") with the owner of Tatiana Lynova. The cost of renting with utilities is about 20 thousand UAH per month - more than half of its official salary in the LCA (about 37 thousand UAH per month).
Another suspicious asset is the BMW X1 car of 2013, registered with the same mother. The official indicated the right to use this car, but the cost of buying such a car could reach up to $ 30,000 - without confirmed income from the owner.
The crane also declared savings of 880 thousand UAH in cash. At the same time, its official income for 2024 amounted to UAH 700 thousand, and for 2019-2023 - UAH 1.33 million. Given the standard of cost and lifestyle, such accumulations look unjustified.
At the same time, in 2021–2023, Yulia Cran made a number of expensive trips, including Maldives, Iceland, Finland, Poland, Kazakhstan and the Baltic States. The trip to the Maldives alone could cost up to $ 15,000 - this is an annual salary of the official in 2019.
Financial and property discrepancies, as well as hidden use of real estate, designed for close relatives without income, may testify to the efforts to avoid the declaration of real assets. This issue already causes public resonance and needs attention from the NAPC and law enforcement agencies.
