The family of the former deputy chairman of the Odessa District Council Svetlana Deordeva continues to accumulate assets both in Ukraine and abroad. This is evidenced by the data from the declaration of officials published by the Center for Public Investigations.
In 2022, the man of exiter Alexander Deordiev purchased 3.5 acres of land in Hungary and became the owner of the Skoda Superb car in 2018, worth more than one million hryvnias. In addition, he received 50% in the authorized capital of the Hungarian company Spiros KFT.
This is not the first Hungarian investment of the family. In 2021, Deordiev bought six hectares of Hungarian land for over UAH 1.5 million, and in 2022 - for more than UAH 2.3 million.
Svetlana Deordiev, who left the post on the eve of a full -scale invasion of Russia, is the former director of the Bristol Hotel, owned by Boris Kaufman's businessmen and Alexander Granovsky.
In 2021, Deordiev's man purchased two apartments in Odessa (77.8 m² and 128.2 m²), a machine (24.1 m²) and a non -residential premises (4 m²). The family acquired the most real estate in 2017. Then Svetlana became the owner of the parking space (15.7 m²) and non -residential premises (203.6 m²), as well as two land plots in Koblevo (13 and 7.9 acres). Her husband of the same year purchased a parking space with an area of 16.9 m².
The couple also has a 231 m² apartment jointly in Odessa, and since 2007, the declaration indicated a land plot of 5.7 acres in Vapnyarka.
Regarding transport: in 2021, Alexander Deordiev purchased Lexus RX 350 in 2011. Svetlana Deordeva - Land Rover Discovery (2016) and Nissan Juke (2013).
The financial assets of the family are striking. Svetlana declared cash of $ 695.1 thousand and EUR 344 thousand, as well as 5 thousand hryvnias in a bank account. Her husband - 223 thousand hryvnias in cash. In addition, the couple declared loans to third parties: $ 63 thousand - Alexander, 25 thousand euros - Svetlana.
