The Head of the National Police in Zaporizhzhya region Artem Kisko declared considerable fortune of the family in 2024. However, despite the salary of one and a half million hryvnias and numerous land, the declaration does not show any apartment in Zaporozhye, and the only car - on his wife. At the same time, the family saves millions of cash.
In his declaration, Artem Kisko did not specify any of his own apartment in the city where he heads the regional police department. Instead, it uses a 40.6 m² room in Zaporozhye provided by the police. The main housing of the family is an apartment in the village of Novosilka near Kiev - 74.5 m², purchased in 2022 for more than UAH 1.5 million.
The whole real estate and the vast majority of assets are recorded on the wife of Kyiv - Inna Stanchevsk. It owns two apartments in Donetsk, an apartment in Mariupol, four land plots in the villages of Donetsk region. All these assets were bought between 2007 and 2019 - mostly long before the full -scale invasion.
Artem Kisko himself declared two land in the Kramatorsk district - more than 3 hectares of land purchased in 2021 for about 75 thousand UAH.
Family owned - Toyota Highlander 2019, decorated for a wife. He did not declare any other car Kisko.
With monetary assets in the couple - everything is fine. The declaration lists UAH 2.2 million and $ 40 thousand or in accounts.
In 2024, Kisko received more than 1.5 million UAH of wages as the head of the police of the region, as well as UAH 83 thousand for teaching at Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs. Additionally - UAH 7 thousand as a displaced person.
At the same time, the wife, according to the declaration, earned almost UAH 5 million in business activities, and received assistance as IDPs - UAH 10 thousand.
Despite the public position and the obligation to demonstrate transparency, Artem Kisko actually dispersed from family property. At the same time, it is through the wife that all real estate, car and cash stocks are concentrated. It is a classic model of avoiding full declaration that allows officials to avoid accusations of illegal enrichment.
