Voice support based on artificial intelligence will appear in Ukraine's state digital services. This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation, announcing a partnership with ElevenLabs, a company specializing in voice technologies in the field of AI.
As part of the cooperation, it is planned to introduce a number of new features. In particular, users will be able to interact with government services by voice through the "Diya" application and portal - voice requests and receive services without the need to manually fill out forms.
Voice AI will also be integrated into government educational platforms and mobile applications. In addition, it is planned to implement voice functionality into internal AI assistants for HR processes and onboarding new employees in government structures.
The Ministry of Digital Affairs notes that the transformation of "Diya" involves a gradual transition from a standard digital service to a full-fledged voice AI assistant that will work 24/7. It is expected that such changes will increase the accessibility and efficiency of public services.
