After the expiration of the current deferrals from mobilization on February 28, 2025, managers of critical enterprises will have 72 hours to submit applications for redeployment of workers. This is stated in the response of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine to the request of People's Deputy Oleksandr Fedienko, a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security.
The procedure will take place through the Diya portal, but during this period, the territorial recruitment centers will have the right to mobilize conscripts if their new armor has not yet been issued.
"The TCC has the right to mobilize these conscripts if it happens after February 28. This is indicated in the rules, and it is necessary to pay attention to it," Fedienko noted.
Fedienko emphasized that the current mechanism needs to be refined, because companies may find themselves in a situation where their employees will be mobilized while waiting for confirmation of new armor.
“It is currently unclear whether businesses will be able to update their bookings by February 28 to avoid such risks. I have already prepared requests to the Cabinet of Ministers to settle this issue," said the deputy.
