The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has clarified the conditions under which an employee is entitled to reservation from mobilization. According to the clarification, in order to qualify for reservation, an employee must have worked at the enterprise for at least three months.
This was reported by the European Business Association after a meeting with Deputy Minister Vitaly Kondratiyev.
Let us remind you that the Cabinet of Ministers announced that the law on tax increases will come into force on December 1.
Previously, people's deputies spread information that employees employed after May 18, 2024, would lose their reservation, but the Ministry of Economy denied this.
