The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine clarified the conditions under which an employee has the right to reservation from mobilization. According to the explanation, in order to apply for a reservation, an employee must work at the enterprise for at least three months.
This was announced by the European Business Association after a meeting with Deputy Minister Vitaly Kondrativ.
We will remind that the Cabinet of Ministers announced the entry into force of the law on tax increases as of December 1.
Previously, people's deputies spread information that employees employed after May 18, 2024 will lose their reservation, but the Ministry of Economy denied this.
