Boombox and no restriction music bands are officially recognized as critical for the functioning of the economy and life of the population. They received the corresponding status from the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine.
According to the Ministry's order of March 11, 2025, both teams meet the key criteria defined by the Government, in particular:
- do not have debt on taxes and social payments;
- pay wages that exceeds the minimum by 2.5 times;
- carry out important activities in the field of culture and strategic communications;
- At least two large -scale cultural or creative projects have been implemented over the previous year.
Thanks to the status of LLC "without restrictions" and LLC "Music for the MAS" (legal entity related to "Boombox") are recognized not only for the economy of the country, but also for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations in a special period.
This decision reaffirms that Ukrainian culture continues to play an important role in national stability. Both bands from the beginning of a full -scale invasion are actively supporting the military, participating in charitable concerts and assisting in raising funds for the needs of the army.
Such recognition from the state will allow "Boombox" and "without restrictions" to continue their activities even in difficult wartime conditions, supporting the cultural front of Ukraine.
