From the beginning of May 18, an electronic office for conscripted citizens will be operational in Ukraine, where they will be able to quickly and conveniently update their data within 60 days, spending only 10-15 minutes directly on their smartphone.
Senior Lieutenant Dmytro Lazutkin, press secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, announced this. He noted that the new application, Rezerv+, will be easy to use, especially for those who actively use smartphones. Its implementation opens wide opportunities for rapid data updates and future recruitment.
In the early days, Lazutkin said, users will be able to enter basic information such as email, phone number and residential address. However, in the future the application will develop, add new options, sometimes even offer opportunities for recruiting.
Dmytro Lazutkin also spoke about the growing interest of citizens in military service, which is manifested in queues in front of territorial military commissars. He noted that the new electronic office will allow conscripts to update their data not only at military commissariats, but also online and at administrative service centers.
The recently adopted law on mobilization, which comes into force on May 18, provides for mandatory updating of account data by conscripts within 60 days. High school graduates and others who are subject to military registration are advised to complete this procedure in a timely manner, as violation of the rules may result in increased fines.
