The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is working to ensure that the TCC has the ability to send referrals to the military medical commission electronically through the Reserve+ application.
Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chornogorenko stated this.
According to her, in the near future, Reserve+ will have an opportunity for a person to generate a referral for VLC, if they so desire.
There is still no function for the TCC to send a referral to the VLK through Reserve+ on its own initiative. But, according to Chornogorenko, the analysis of such a possibility is currently underway.
"We are currently analyzing, holding consultations with the Ministry of Health, our partners, and the General Staff. In the near future, we will come out with an announcement of specific dates," Chornogorenko said.
We note that sending the referral to the VLK in electronic form is a very important point. Because a person can be mobilized only after passing the VLK (if he has not previously passed the commission). Therefore, if the TCC will have the opportunity to send referrals to the VLK through Reserve+, it can dramatically intensify mobilization. Because it will be a fairly simple and quick scheme: a person updates his data through "Rezerv+", the TCC checks whether he has already passed the VLK. And if not, then they immediately send her a referral, conduct a VLK, after which a mobilization (combat) summons is issued.
On the other hand, it will be an additional argument not to update their data for those who do not want to serve.
According to Chornohorenko, 1.7 million Ukrainians have already updated their data through Reserve+. At the same time, Ukrainians abroad, as before, are in no hurry to do this. So far, only 26,000 people have updated their data abroad.
