On June 26, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced the temporary failure of the reserve+mobile application, which is used to access electronic military accounting documents. The reasons for the technical malfunction in the department are not disclosed.
According to representatives of the Ministry of Defense, specialists are already working to eliminate the problem. The system is expected to be stabilized within the next hours.
For the period of technical difficulties, citizens are advised to use PDF versions of military accounting documents that can be stored on the phone or printed for presentation if necessary.
Reserve+remains one of the key tools for checking mobilization data, in particular for servicemen who have a reservation or have been updated.
The Defense Ministry asks to be inconvenienced with understanding and assures that the restoration of access will take place in the shortest possible time.
