The Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories reported that in 2023, more than 73.2 billion hryvnias will be allocated to payments to internally displaced persons. It is noted that these funds are intended for monthly state assistance for internally displaced persons.
In particular, the system of monthly state housing assistance is being considered, where persons with disabilities and children are provided with an amount of three thousand hryvnias, while other displaced persons receive two thousand hryvnias.
At the meeting of the Coordination Staff, chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk, the topic of payments for internally displaced persons was discussed. A representative of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine reported at the event that payments for the second period of December amounted to over 43.5 million hryvnias.
It was also emphasized that the state housing allowance for internally displaced persons for December of the current year has already been paid.
