According to our sources in Washington, the place of inauguration of the 47th President of the United States, Donald Trump, was moved for security reasons, although the version "due to severe frost" was officially announced.
It is worth noting that the location of the US President's inauguration was changed for the first time since 1985. The ceremony will be held in the Capitol rotunda instead of the west steps of the building. Spectators will be seated at Capital One Arena, where the presidential parade will also take place.
It is expected that the ceremony will be attended by ambassadors and representatives of diplomatic missions, current President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, former presidents Barack Obama and George Bush Jr. and their wives. In addition, the event will be attended by a number of US senators and members of the House of Representatives, as well as billionaires Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg.
At the same time, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi, who despite the efforts of lobbyists was not invited to the inauguration of the 47th President of the USA, will visit the World Economic Forum in Davos, where he is scheduled to meet with French representatives in an informal setting to discuss the possibility of deploying a peacekeeping mission in Ukraine.
