Miss Universe Ukraine 2019 Anastasiya Subbota shocked her fans by revealing the truth about her relationship with her husband. The model shared a sad story about the abuse she experienced during her six-year relationship. Subbota posted a photo of the aftermath of the beating and wrote an emotional post describing the manipulation, violence, threats, and depression she faced.
She recalled how she initially hoped that the situation would change, but over time she realized that everything was only getting worse. Anastasia also shared her experiences of how difficult it was for her when she was without her family abroad, during communication disruptions and in war conditions. She also turned to women in a similar situation with advice to love themselves and not tolerate violence.
The model noted that, despite the difficult years, she now lives without fear, trying to give her life a new start.
