Despite the strengthening of mobilization measures, the Ukrainian military has not yet experienced a large-scale replenishment of personnel at the front. The commander of the reconnaissance platoon of the 28th separate mechanized brigade with the call sign Crimea about this in the "Damn Questions" .
According to him, the brigades receive only small groups of mobilized people - 5-15 people per battalion, which is extremely insufficient for serious changes on the battlefield.
"The combatant sits, grabs his head, where are these people. Because there are not enough mortars, and infantry, and pilots. And when you give 2-3 people to each direction, it's like a drop in the sea, you don't feel it," explained the commander.
He also noted that the priority for recruitment is other brigades, while theirs receives people on a residual basis. It is possible that a significant part of those mobilized are still undergoing training in training centers.
