In Vinnytsia, men of draft age have been banned from entering the border strip next to Moldova, through which evaders often try to leave Ukraine.
This is reported by local border guards.
It is forbidden to enter the territory of Yaryshivska, Mogilev-Podilska, Yampilska, Studenyanska territorial communities of Mogilev-Podilska and Tulchyn districts.
The exception is for local residents, workers, students who travel by transit with the appropriate documents.
Meanwhile, in Transcarpathia, people blocked roads in the Mukachevo area due to mass mobilization in the region.
They block the roads at pedestrian crossings so that there is no reason to punish traffic violations, local media reports.
The video shows that the police are trying to disperse the protesters.
Since last week, the announcement of the event has been circulating on social networks. Those who could not be mobilized were called to leave - women, people over 60, and those with many children.
"Everyone understands that there is a war, mobilization is needed, we are fighting for independence and a better life for our children. But such terrorist, bandit methods of mobilization, when people are simply beaten and kidnapped from the streets in balaclavas, is unacceptable, as it is a violation of all human rights and freedoms, leading to distrust of the authorities and the commander-in-chief. And this, in turn, will lead to riots within the state, which is what the racist authorities are waiting for," the organizers write.
They demand that subpoenas be served "only by a civilized and legal method."
