Pedagogical staff who are on military account will not be subject to mobilization - as in previous years. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmigal during an hour of questions to the government in the Verkhovna Rada.
The issues of mobilization of educators were raised by people's deputies, noting that in different territorial centers of completion (shopping center) booking of teachers is carried out for different terms - in someone for six months, with someone only three. Because of this, there was anxiety among teachers that they could lose a deferral during summer vacations and be mobilized.
The Prime Minister reassured the educators: "Like last and last year, we will, of course, lose neither teachers nor teachers. All these things are controlled by the government. Everything will be fine."
Who is eligible for a deferral
According to the current legislation, the right to deferral have:

full -time or dual education students, subject to higher education than already available;

Pedagogical and researchers who have an appropriate degree and work in an educational institution at least 0.75 rates.
The deferral is given for a specified period and is subject to renewal after the expiration. The Cabinet of Ministers emphasizes that the situation with the booking of educators is under constant control, and there will be no mass mobilization of teachers.
