The Ministry stressed that medical institutions that have signed contracts with the National Health Service of Ukraine are obliged to provide all additional medicines and services free of charge. The demanding of additional payments is illegal.

In case of confirmation of these facts, the Ministry of Health we demand from the Vinnytsia City Council to take personnel measures to lead the cardio center. The case file will be transferred to law enforcement officers for further action.
