Kyiv Municipal BTI officially announced that it does not have any branches or representative offices at other addresses, except for the office at 4-V Tryohsvyatitelska Street. This is stated in the company's statement, published with the support of the Kyiv City State Administration.
According to Andriy Hudzys, Director of the Department of Communal Property of Kyiv, the work of the BTI has become more transparent and accessible due to the expansion of channels for obtaining services. From now on, Kyiv residents can order a technical inventory and obtain a technical passport not only directly at the BTI, but also at the Centers for Providing Administrative Services (CCAS).
How to issue a technical passport
You can apply for the production of a technical passport in several ways:
-
by phone;
-
through the online service on the BTI website;
-
in person at any ASC in Kyiv;
-
directly at the office at 4-V Tryohsvyatitelska St.
Reduction in prices for services
As reported by BTI, prices for the production of technical passports have been reduced by 10–20%. This was made possible thanks to internal optimization solutions and mobilization of the enterprise's resources. At the same time, the quality of services remains high, and pricing depends solely on the terms of execution.
Warning about forgeries
The municipal BTI separately emphasized: no other organizations with similar names operating in other districts of Kyiv are related to the Kyiv City State Administration. Their documents are not recognized as official.
All technical passports produced by BTI are created in accordance with current legislation and entered into the Unified State Electronic System in the Construction Sector (UESESSB). This significantly simplifies the processing of documents and is an important condition for submitting applications for compensation in case of damage or loss of property.
