Journalists from 360UA.NEWS published schemes through which Russian hackers and Ukrainian politicians, in particular: ex-servant Mykola Tyshchenko, people's deputy from the Servant of the People Mykhailo Laba, and Laba's assistant Viktor Leshchynsky, withdrew significant amounts from the bank accounts of US citizens.
The mechanism for implementing schemes to empty the card accounts of US citizens is as follows: hackers from the Russian Federation, in coordination with Mykola Tyshchenko, withdraw funds from accounts of the charitable organization “Charity Fund “Ukrainian Reconstruction Fund”, the head of which was Iryna Leshchynska, the wife of Viktor Leshchynsky.
The Ukrainian Reconstruction Fund was established on May 20, 2022 to legalize funds withdrawn from the card accounts of US citizens through "donations to the restoration of Ukraine.".
After legalizing the funds, the aforementioned fund sends back 50% of the “clean money” in cryptocurrency to Russian hackers. According to journalistic sources in law enforcement circles, the scheme was directly managed by Mykola Tishchenko.
