The city of Mykolaiv became the target of the invaders, who launched an attack with "Iskander-M" missiles. According to preliminary reports, two rockets were launched towards the city, causing destruction and panic among the local population.
Today, the Russian occupiers hit the city of Mykolaiv with rockets. This was announced by the head of Mykolayiv OVA Vitaly Kim in his official Telegram channel.
"There was a flight to Mykolaiv. From the place (from which they were hit, — ed.) along Odesa. And the restart is the same. On Forgiveness Sunday, should we forgive (the Russians, — ed.) for the fact that they are shelling us with ballistics?" - wrote the official.
The city was previously hit by "Iskander-M" missiles, which the Russian occupiers launched from Yevpatoria (annexed Crimea). Vitaly Kim clarified that the Russian Armed Forces have two installations at the launch site, with which they launch strikes on the territory of Ukraine under the control of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
Local Telegram channels published the first photos from the scene of the incident.
One of them shows how a cloud of white-gray smoke rises above the city, which happens after the arrival of ballistic missiles.
Information about victims, victims and destruction in the city is still being clarified. As of 2:31 p.m., local authorities reported two wounded. Doctors assess their condition as moderate.
