In the center of Lviv, apartments are purchased one by one. Relatives are issued elite cars, accounts with Polish banks appear, and business is conducted without any mention in declarations. All this is around the figure of the customs officer Vladimir Mikhaloiko, who started working in the Lviv Customs only in 2022. Such a rapid life take -off raises logical questions: where does money come from?
In 2020, Mikhaloiko tried to get into the customs office for the post of head of department, having income only for 22.5 thousand UAH per year, of which 20 thousand-assistance from the father-director of the school, and the rest-renting a store.
However, since 2022 the situation has changed dramatically. In the declarations, a house, an apartment, land, as well as two elite cars-Mercedes-Benz Gle 350D and Audi Q7, are formally decorated for mother and father-in-law.
In the same year, Mikhaloiko declared "gifts" from his father - 110 thousand euros and $ 60,000, despite the fact that he died in 2020. The widow explained this absurdity by the fact that the money was allegedly presented by the daughter from abroad. But the sister of the customs officer who lives in Italy does not show signs of the presence of such amounts, and in the declarations her "help" does not appear at all.
Since 2022, the Mikhaloykov's family has actively investing in real estate in the Hyacinth-Lux LCD in Lviv:
-
two parking spaces (declared only 3 years after buying);
-
apartment for 57.6 m², decorated for wife Galina (ownership - 2025);
-
Another apartment is the mother of the customs officer who works as a teacher.
In parallel, the customs officer's wife "invests" in securities for more than one million hryvnias, opens two accounts at the PEKAO Polish Bank with a balance of 20 thousand euros and almost $ 20,000. The source of the funds is not specified.
In the cities of Mostyska, Gorodok and Lviv, the family has commercial premises, including the Kapitoshka Children's Goods store, which is conducted by Tatiana Mazur's wife. But even here the scheme is exposed: clients are advised to drop money on the Mazur personal card, not to the FOP account.
All this is accompanied by a pronounced modesty in declarations - income from renting a store "Volyntabak" - less than 2 thousand UAH per year. Store income - does not appear at all.
In addition to the Gle 350D and Audi Q7 already mentioned, the family has another luxury car-Jaguar I-Pace electric car, designed for the same Tatiana Mazur. But the customs officer himself uses.
In 2022, the mother of the customs officer "updated" Audi Q7 in 2014 for a newer model of 2018-as if it were a common matter for a teacher.
The history of Vladimir Mikhaloik is a typical example of how a civil servant without real income is overgrown with property that is issued on relatives, teachers, pensioners and even the elder of the villages. The whole empire lives without taxation, without official commercial activities, and looks more secured than most small business entrepreneurs.
