In Bukovina in the city of Khotin record alarming cases of abuse over the graves of the dead Ukrainian soldiers. Unknown persons abduct lamps, candles, flower baskets, and in some places even batteries from lamps. This was reported by Khotyn Visti , which received a video from the scene from Natalia - the sister of the dead hero Gennady Rysov.
According to the relatives of the fallen, such cases are not uncommon. The disappearance of things from the graves at the new Cotin cemetery occurs regularly, especially near the bypass.
"My brother Gennady has never been greedy, always helped people. It is low and pathetic-to come and pick up a basket from under flowers or a lamp. The flowers were thrown away and the basket was taken away ..."-Natalia says with pain.
She stressed that she understands the difficult economic situation and does not condemn those who really need. But he calls: if people need something, it is necessary to turn directly, not to steal the place of the last rest of the defenders.
"Write a note, leave a list of what you need - our family will help. But do not reproach the Hero of Ukraine and his memory," Natalia addresses on behalf of the whole family of the deceased.
The local community is shocked and outraged. The relatives of the soldiers are asked not to remain silent or leave such cases with impunity, and the police - to activate patrols and install surveillance cameras.
