The current deputy head of one of the district prosecutors of the Chernihiv region was suspected of organizing the abduction of important documents, counterfeiting of official papers and falsification of evidence. According to Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko, we are talking about the case of illegal alienation of eight thousand hectares of agricultural land, which have become the property of a private agricultural company.
In order to hide the criminal scheme, the prosecutor, according to the investigation, organized the abduction of 14 boxes with evidence that was to be the basis of examination. Instead of documents, the experts were received ... old newspapers, and the accompanying acts were falsified.
Another personality - former first deputy head of the district prosecutor's office of Cherkasy region - according to the investigation, in 2021 abused the influence and disclosed the data of the pre -trial investigation. For money, he tried to influence the course of the investigation in the interests of a friend, in particular - initiated the opening of criminal proceedings and handed over to third parties the received official information.
Currently, a request for both prosecutors of a preventive measure has already been sent to court.
