The NGO "Honest" Movement again suffered financial punishment due to ignoring court decisions in the case of lawyer Andriy Portnov. According to the lawyer of Portnova Karina Mikitan, the organization has not yet fulfilled the requirement of the court of first and appellate courts - has not made public information about its client and did not delete the relevant publications.
In this regard, the state executor imposed a fine of 10 200 UAH and officially warned of possible criminal liability for malicious failure to comply with court decisions. This is the second fine in this case - earlier 5 100 UAH was charged.
The lawyer noted that in the case of further ignoring the court decisions, the process of bringing the officials of the NGO will be initiated. There is also a ban on traveling abroad.

Among them are Radio Liberty, Natalia Sedletska, Kyiv Independent, NGO State Watch, Public Television, Left Bank, Vitaliy Shabunin, Center for Combating Corruption, Yuri Butusov and Cenzor.NET, Petro Poroshenko, and Allose "and Allose". Public figures, including Vladimir Aryev and Dmitry Chekalkin.
