In Kharkiv region there was an outrageous offense - in the city of Chuguev, a local resident stole a drone, installed as a tombstone on the grave of a dead serviceman. The incident was reported by police of Kharkiv region.
The statement of insulting over the grave to the law enforcement officers was filed by the wife of the fallen defender of Ukraine. She noted that the drone was specifically installed on the grave as a symbol of his service and self -sacrifice. The military was killed by performing combat missions related to the use of drones.
Law enforcement officers of the Chuguev district administration promptly established the identity of the attacker. He was a 29-year-old local resident. During the search, he removed the stolen drone, which was returned to the family of the deceased.
The attacker was informed about the suspicion of committing the crime provided for in Article 297 (3) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - the abuse of the grave, another burial place or the body of the deceased. The sanction of this article provides for a penalty of liberty for a term of four to five years or imprisonment of four to seven years.
