A dangerous event took place in the settlement of Knyzhkivtsi in the Khmelnytskyi region, which shook the local community and caused outrage in social networks.
According to a message from the Public Relations Service of the Khmelnytskyi Military Technical Center of Culture and Social Services on their Facebook page, on June 11, a man born in 1984 attacked an employee of the TCC with a knife when he was checking his documents.
"During the verification of documents, a citizen born in 1984 took out a knife and attacked a serviceman, wounding him in the left shoulder from the back. Later, the military took measures to detain the offender and called the police," the message reads.
According to the TCC, during the inspection of the violator's belongings, a prohibited substance and a shocker were found. The attacker has now been detained. He is charged with intentional minor bodily injury (Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), which is punishable by a fine of up to fifty tax-free minimum incomes of citizens, or community service for a period of up to two hundred hours, or corrective labor for a period of up to one year.
