In the city of Vasylkiv, Kyiv region, a 34-year-old man illegally took possession of a land plot, which houses a children's hospital. According to the police of the Kyiv region, he used a fake state act on ownership for the scam, acting by prior conspiracy with unidentified persons.
As a result of the crime, the site was alienated from communal property, which caused losses to the local budget for the amount of almost 200 thousand hryvnias.
According to the investigation, the person who was fraudulent by drawing the right to land by using a fake document to remove it from the community's property. It is a children's hospital, which is a socially important object for locals.
Law enforcement officers have already completed a pre -trial investigation and sent an indictment on the facts:

Use of a deliberately fake document (Part 4 of Article 358 of the Criminal Code),

fraud committed by a prior conspiracy by a group of persons (Part 2 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code),

participation in criminal conspiracy (Part 2 of Article 28 of the Criminal Code).
For the offense, the suspect faces up to three years in prison.
Law enforcement officers continue to install other possible participants in the scheme.
