While Ukraine is leading a war for independence, multi -level corruption schemes are being implemented in the deep rear. One of the most loudest was the history of Obukhovske, an agrarian enterprise in the Kyiv region, which was the victim of a raider attack by a group related to businessmen Alexander and Taras Moses.
The seizure of land, according to sources, took place through the controlled company Rose-L LLC. The main figure on the side of the local authorities was the mayor of Obukhov Larisa Ilyenko, whose assistance, according to reports, ensured the adoption of fictitious decisions of the City Council. We are talking about manipulation with cadastral numbers, changing the purpose of land and approving technical documentation. For this, deputies and officials received a reward in the form of funds or land assets.
As a result, in favor of the raiders began to make the necessary court decisions - against the background of artificially initiated proceedings. This made it possible to capture the already sown fields, to destroy the crop and to actually establish complete control over more than 1500 hectares of agricultural land.
Particularly cynical is the fact that the sowing campaign on these lands has already been conducted PJSC "Obukhovske". However, the raiders, having a judicial decision of dubious origin, seized the fields and began the destruction of crops. Direct losses are more than half a million hryvnias, but experts predict that total damage can exceed 30 million.
In parallel there is a financial circuit. Rose-L LLC accounts for several banks undergo multimillion-dollar amounts without proper financial monitoring. Bank employees ignore the requirements of the legislation and do not block suspicious transactions.
All this happens with the complete inaction of state and controlling bodies, which, despite the obvious signs of an organized crime, do not interfere with the situation.
The case of PJSC "Obukhovske" is not an exception, but only one of the episodes of a deeply rooted raiding system, which continues to act even during the war, covering themselves with the silent consent of those who should stand in custody of the law.
