Proceedings have been initiated in Kyiv Oblast due to the beating of a boy by teenagers

Law enforcement officers of the Kyiv region have opened criminal proceedings on the fact that a boy was beaten by a group of teenagers in the Buchansky district. This was reported by the police of the Kyiv region.

The police of the Kyiv region are investigating the circumstances of hooligan acts committed by teenagers in the Buchan region. The law enforcement officers have started criminal proceedings under ch. 2 Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – committing hooligan acts by a group of persons

- informed the police.

It is noted that the sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of up to four years.

Yesterday, January 25, law enforcement officers of the Kyiv region started an investigation after discovering a video in which a group of young people attack a boy.
