In the village of Mostyskaya, the second in Lviv region revealed a large -scale scheme of smuggling of agricultural products through the logistics terminal of LLC "Mostyska Dray Port". This is evidenced by the materials of criminal proceedings.
The scheme was to transship products purchased for cash without accounting and its further exportation outside Ukraine through fictitious agreements with foreign companies. In November 2024, during the searches on the territory of the terminal, the investigators of the Bab seized more than 880 tons of sunflower meal and more than 1,600 tons of sunflower oil, some of which had no documentary confirmation.
The investigation found that the products were purchased for cash from real manufacturers, but did not reflect in tax and financial statements. The oil, for example, was officially "sold" by the firm "Vik San Oil" LLC, but the overhead was only dated December 3 - nineteen days after the search.
A similar situation with the suppliers of the meal - the company "Newnite" from Cherry and LLC "Flagman Sid", which in November recognized "risky" in November. The grounds are the absence of any conditions for the implementation of the declared volumes and the suspicious history of procurement.
Bernardgroup from Poland claims that it has purchased products legally, in particular through Santa Maria Corp LLC, which, as it turned out, did not buy raw materials and did not register tax invoices. At the same time, Bernardgroup itself has no representation in Ukraine and is not registered with tax authorities, that is, acted at all outside the legal field.
According to the investigation, there are no official documents for transshipment and storage services, which further exacerbates the suspicion of "Mostyska Drae Port".
The court only seized the product - the meal and the oil, not the containers themselves, since their owners are not involved. The Bernardgroup representative tried to prove that the company was legally, but the documents looked doubtful. Representative "Flagman Sid" generally ignored the meeting.
The case is continued to investigate, and the Mostysk Dray Port, meanwhile, was in the center of one of the largest agrocontraband schemes in the west of Ukraine.
