Journalist Vlad Vilny conducted an investigation into the "Big Construction" of the Khmelnytsky NPP and reports that it is planned to embezzle $2 billion from it.
"On January 25 of this year, the Minister of Energy of Ukraine Herman Galushchenko announced that in the spring and summer of 2024, Ukraine will begin construction of four new nuclear reactors at the Khmelnytskyi NPP.
This is designed to compensate for the strength of the Zaporizhzhya NPP ," he reminds.
For maintenance work at the Khmelnytsky NPP, since the eighties there has been a structure called the "Construction Department of the Khmelnytsky NPP", which contains the necessary technical personnel and appropriate equipment for the implementation of its activities, including, in particular, a unique crane - crl k10,000 two-tower, self-propelled, full-turn rail-mounted lifting crane, intended for the erection of industrial structures with a weight of mounted elements up to 240 tons. Only 15 such cranes were produced in the world, and there is only one in Ukraine.
Accordingly, the tender for $2 billion without a competition should have been awarded to the Khmelnytsky NPP Construction Department, because only such a crane can carry out the construction of nuclear reactors at the NPP. So there is no competition.
But suddenly, the tax office seized this unique faucet and sold it to another campaign at the expense of the "penny" debt. All this is done under the patronage of Hetmantsev. The debt due to which the crane was seized is insignificant for such an enterprise - UAH 3.5 million. and quite acceptable. The faucet is incomparable with such debt.
It is interesting that shortly before that, the assistants of the Chairman of the Committee on Taxes of the Verkhovna Rada, Danylo Hetmantsev. On his instructions, they organized a practically raider capture of the tax office in the Khmelnytskyi region. Iryna Zlenko, the head of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Khmelnytskyi region, was summoned to Kyiv and, without giving reasons, was given a direct instruction to resign. And before that, appoint Serhiy Zabashta, the manual executor of Danylo Hetmantsev, to his place. Actually, this "pound" signed the document regarding the seizure of the unique crane in order to put it up for auction. The crane was sold for UAH 31.5 million to Energoatom joint-stock company, which is ten times cheaper than its real price.

Within two weeks after this statement, a brutal cleanup takes place in the Khmelnytskyi tax office, in another 2 weeks, the scheme with the theft of the crane is revealed, and in a few more weeks in April, the start of construction is officially announced. The budget of this large construction is 2 billion US dollars" , - the journalist shows the diagram on his YouTube channel "Svobodny".
The journalist notes that Energoatom, which monopolized the construction of these power units with the support of Hetmantsev, is involved in a number of corruption schemes.
"That is, by the hands of Danylo Hetmantsev, with the obvious and recorded criminality of the State Security Bureau, a monopoly was created for the development of 2 billion US dollars on the Great Construction of the Khmelnytsky NPP
